Grades 8 & 9Our Leadership Training Program is designed for teens who are ready to further develop their leadership abilities and assume more responsibilities. Our program combines good old fashioned camp fun with hands-on leadership experience and the chance to demonstrate responsibility.
Trainees are in a co-ed group, spending portions of time together in activities around camp, or in group meetings where they discuss issues of leadership, teamwork, communication, responsibility, child care, and problem solving.
Our goal is to motivate young leaders to improve their leadership skills, enhance their self-confidence, to promote team building, and the ability to work cooperatively, and to ultimately help them prepare to be future camp leaders.
