Challengers Sports Camp Grades SK to 7

Our Sports Camp is a challenging program with an emphasis on athletic skill and technique development, confidence building, sportsmanship and fun. Our Challengers will spend each day developing skills in the sports they love. Each Challenger will choose three sports per week, one Core and two Club Level. Each morning campers are coached by university level players in their Core Sport. Each afternoon, campers receive the same level of instruction in their two Club Sport choices. This combination allows our sports campers to develop a range of skills and athleticism. Our enthusiastic coaches ensure that they have fun while developing their skills.

Sports available for 2012: Tennis, Soccer, Ball Hockey, Basketball, Archery, Baseball, Golf, Skateboarding, Landsports, Dance.


Sample Daily Schedule for a Challenger Group
8:45 - 9:30 Arrival & Schmooze
Period 1 (30 min.) General Athletics Training
Periods 2 & 3 (2 hrs) Core Sport
Period 4 Lunch
Period 5 (1 hr) Club Sport 1
Period 6 (1 hr) Club Sport 2
Period 7 (45 min) Swimming Instruction and Fun Swim
3:30 - 4:00 Schmooze & Departure
Please Note:This is a sample schedule of what one day of camp might be like for the selected program. The activities vary for each day of camp and the programming is always adjusted to suit the age and gender of the group. Times and activities are subject to change at any time.

A form for submitting camper sport choices will be sent in May to all campers registered in our Sports Camp.
