Changes to the dates of registration for an equal or greater number of weeks will only be made prior to May 1, (for that up coming summer year), if these changes can be accommodated by AV. Any changes to the dates of registration to a lesser number of weeks will be considered a cancellation and subject to the May 1st deadline and a $200 cancellation fee.
In the event of withdrawal/cancellation/removal, the deposit and any fee payments will be refunded (less a service charge of $200 per camper) provided written notice is received prior to May 1 (for that up coming summer year). After that date there will be no refund of fees. In the event of withdrawal/cancellation/removal, AV will not apply deposits or fees to siblings.
